Reduce profits, increase limits

The Problem

Currently people still earn like 40-50% profit, risk free. We could use this to repeg more USDN.

What do you suggest to change?

I suggest to change the profit /3 and the limits *3.
This means each day 3 times more USDN is pegged, and this also means that we don’t burn more collateral. Nobody is losing out on profit either, since we allow for increased swap limits. So everyone earns as much, yet more usdn is burned and less waves are withdrawn for the same amount of usdn
